Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) – San Francisco, CA / Austin, TX

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptionally talented and driven Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic product team. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a critical suite within our flagship platform, from strategic visioning and roadmap definition to execution, launch, and post-launch optimization. You will be instrumental in translating complex market needs and customer insights into innovative, scalable product features that drive significant business value and exceptional user experiences. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, technical understanding, and strong leadership to guide cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for your product area, aligning with the company’s overall strategic objectives and market opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust, data-informed product roadmap that prioritizes initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Product Discovery & Definition:
  • Lead comprehensive product discovery efforts, utilizing methodologies like user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to deeply understand user pain points and desired outcomes.
  • Translate complex business requirements and user needs into detailed, actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences that meet both user and business goals.
• Execution & Delivery:
  • Serve as the product owner for one or more agile development teams, guiding them through sprints, clarifying requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization through development, testing, launch, and iteration.
  • Work proactively to identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and make informed trade-offs to keep projects on track.
• Cross-functional Collaboration & Communication:
  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across all stages of product development.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, roadmaps, and strategic decisions to stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment where innovation and problem-solving are encouraged.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Define, track, and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions.
  • Conduct post-launch analysis and A/B testing to continuously optimize features and user engagement.
  • Champion a data-driven approach to product management, leveraging analytics to make informed decisions and measure success.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and iterating on complex software products that have achieved significant market adoption and business impact.
• Deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working as a Product Owner.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data and user research to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adept at navigating complex technical and business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
• Experience with AI/ML-powered products or data analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Amplitude, Pendo.
• Previous experience mentoring junior product managers or leading small product teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
