We are seeking an exceptional and visionary Senior Product Manager to take the helm of our Core Platform & Innovation initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a strategic leader who thrives at the intersection of user needs, emerging technologies, and critical business objectives. You will be instrumental in defining the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for key platform components, ensuring we continue to build a robust, extensible, and future-proof foundation for our entire ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Product Leadership: Own, define, and evangelize the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our core platform services and new innovation areas, aligning closely with overarching company goals and market opportunities.
• Market & User Insight: Conduct rigorous market analysis, competitive landscaping, and in-depth user research to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new avenues for platform growth and feature development.
• Vision to Execution: Translate high-level strategic vision into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity and alignment for engineering and design teams.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, customer success) throughout the entire product lifecycle, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Prioritization & Roadmapping: Masterfully balance competing priorities and dependencies, making data-driven decisions to optimize resource allocation and ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
• Performance & Iteration: Define, monitor, and analyze key product metrics, utilizing insights to drive continuous improvement, optimize user engagement, and demonstrate tangible business impact.
• Go-to-Market Synergy: Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies that resonate with our target audience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product vision, progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and external partners, building strong relationships and alignment.

What You’ll Bring to InnovateX:

• Proven Experience: 5+ years of progressive product management experience, with a strong track record of successfully launching and scaling complex platform products or innovative new ventures.
• Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to define, articulate, and execute a compelling product strategy that drives significant business value.
• Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of modern software development processes, API design, cloud architectures, and data-driven product development. Experience with AI/ML integration is a significant plus.
• User-Centric Passion: A relentless focus on understanding user needs, pain points, and workflows, translating them into intuitive and impactful solutions.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data, A/B testing, and analytics tools to inform product decisions and measure success.
• Exceptional Communication: Superior verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and inspire diverse audiences from engineers to executives.
• Leadership & Influence: Proven ability to lead and empower cross-functional teams without direct authority, fostering collaboration, and driving alignment towards shared goals.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.

• Experience working in a fast-paced SaaS environment or with large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• A strong understanding of emerging technologies like Web3, advanced AI/ML models, or IoT.
