Senior Product Manager, AI & Machine Learning Platform

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager for our AI & Machine Learning Platform, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key components of our core AI offerings. This includes everything from data ingestion and model training frameworks to inference engines and API integrations, all while ensuring a seamless and powerful developer and user experience. You will work cross-functionally with world-class engineering, design, research, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative AI solutions to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your platform area, aligning it with the overall company vision and market opportunities. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify unmet needs and emerging trends.
• Roadmap Ownership: Develop and maintain a clear, prioritized product roadmap, balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic initiatives. Evangelize the roadmap to stakeholders and ensure alignment across the organization.
• Requirements & Design: Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure an intuitive and delightful user experience for both technical and non-technical users.
• Execution & Delivery: Lead the product development lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration. Collaborate closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central hub of communication between engineering, design, research, sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Foster strong relationships and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Performance & Iteration: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for your product area. Monitor product performance, analyze data, gather user feedback, and iterate quickly to optimize user adoption, engagement, and business impact.
• Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science. Act as a subject matter expert within the company and externally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on technical platforms, AI/ML products, or developer tools.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products that have achieved significant market adoption and impact.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, including common algorithms, model lifecycle management, data pipelines, and deployment strategies. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions, identify trends, and measure success.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
