Internship Details:
- Compensation: $18 – $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Intern, you will:
- Participate in a comprehensive and structured training curriculum, specifically designed to educate on the Medicare business and how to serve Medicare-eligible members and prospects looking for health care coverage.
- Engage in valuable networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, inspiring speaker series, and additional enrichment activities throughout the summer program.
- Develop and refine essential selling and presentation skills through hands-on selling competitions, simulated practice scenarios, real-world projects, and job shadowing experiences.
- Gain extensive exposure to the end-to-end sales process, the health insurance industry (specifically Medicare), our consumer base, and the organization’s pivotal role in the market.
- Develop a deep understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Sales model and its strategic importance in overall distribution.
- Support agent interactions by assisting with inquiries and providing relevant information and resources, either directly or through collaborative team efforts. This provides hands-on exposure to sales and sales support processes, contributing to delivering a high-quality agent experience and potential sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Majors: Sales, Communication, Marketing.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university throughout the entire duration of the internship program. (This program is not intended for graduating seniors.)
- Must be a Rising Senior during the summer of 2026.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. (F-1 students requiring practical training, H-1Bs, TNs, etc., will not be considered for this program.)
