### Major Job Accountabilities: What You’ll Do

As an Intern, you will actively contribute to our operations and gain practical insights by:
• Engaging in Hands-On Training: Immerse yourself in practical, on-the-job training within an assigned department, learning directly from industry professionals.
• Driving Process Improvement: Collaborate closely with department leaders to analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating on Key Initiatives: Work alongside project managers and diverse cross-functional teams, contributing to the successful completion of assignments and ensuring project timelines are met.
• Gaining Career Exposure: Acquire invaluable on-the-job experience and exposure to various career pathways by working closely with teammates and managers across the organization.
• Fulfilling Program Requirements: Actively participate in all program requirements, including communication projects, attending corporate events and training sessions, and engaging in community activities.
• Supporting Team Operations: Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

### Education Requirement

• Candidates must be currently enrolled as a student in a four-year degree program at an accredited college or university at the time of the internship.

### Experience Required

• Prior involvement in volunteer work, school organizations, student leadership roles, or extracurricular activities is preferred, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
