About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Platform. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining and delivering the foundational tools, services, and infrastructure that empower data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product teams across the organization to build, deploy, and scale innovative AI/ML-driven products and features. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and data science, driving the evolution of our core AI capabilities and ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business and customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for the AI/ML Platform, aligning with overall company objectives and anticipating future technological trends.
• Roadmap Management: Own, prioritize, and manage the end-to-end product roadmap for the AI/ML platform, translating high-level strategy into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, research, and other product teams to gather requirements, communicate priorities, and ensure successful platform adoption and integration. Act as the primary point of contact for all platform-related inquiries.
• Market & User Research: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather user feedback to identify opportunities, pain points, and emerging trends to inform product decisions.
• Feature Definition & Execution: Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration for new platform features, including model training pipelines, data labeling tools, feature stores, experiment tracking, model deployment, monitoring, and MLOps infrastructure.
• Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the AI/ML platform, using data to inform continuous improvement and future product development.
• Communication & Advocacy: Evangelize the platform’s capabilities and value proposition internally, developing documentation, training materials, and presentations to foster broad understanding and adoption.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML platforms, MLOps, data platforms, or developer tools.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, MLOps lifecycle, data science workflows, and cloud-based AI/ML services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform, Azure ML).
• Domain Expertise: Familiarity with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Python, SQL, data warehousing, and big data processing frameworks (e.g., Spark).
• Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field.
• Experience working with large-scale, enterprise-level AI/ML deployments.
• Prior experience as a software engineer, data scientist, or ML engineer.
• Experience with open-source MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Seldon Core).
• Proven track record of launching successful platform products from 0 to 1.
