Role Description

As a Marketing Intern at Hathaway Robotics, you will play a crucial role in supporting a wide array of marketing initiatives across our diverse product portfolio, including both B2B advanced solutions and B2C consumer products. This highly collaborative and fast-paced position offers invaluable real-world exposure to product marketing, e-commerce, and brand growth within a dynamic manufacturing- and technology-driven company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy & Research:
    • Assist with comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing strategies for various product lines and target markets.
    • Support sales enablement efforts by preparing materials and insights for the sales team.
  • Campaign Management & Content Creation:
    • Help plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
    • Create, manage, and update promotional materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
    • Work closely on product photoshoots, assisting with setup, coordination, and asset selection.
    • Contribute to the preparation of creative content for advertising campaigns and digital platforms.
  • E-commerce Operations & Optimization:
    • Provide hands-on support for Amazon Marketplace (FBA) campaigns, including product listing optimization, keyword research, and ad management.
    • Assist with the management and optimization of our dedicated Shopify store, focusing on user experience, product presentation, and conversion rate optimization.
    • Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to inform future strategies.
  • Social Media Management & Engagement:
    • Help manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
    • Develop engaging content calendars, create posts, and interact with our online community to foster brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Team Collaboration & Brainstorming:
    • Actively participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering fresh perspectives and creative ideas.
    • Assist with customer engagement efforts, helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Compensation & Schedule:

  • Hourly Rate: $16
  • Expected Start Date: February 1, 2026

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development to support informed decision-making.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales and Customer Service principles to assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Familiarity with various digital marketing and advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok.
  • E-commerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with consumer hardware products or physical goods is a plus.
  • Experience with 3D printing is a strong plus.
