About the Job:

This is an on-site Commercial Real Estate Intern position for the Fall Semester, located in San Mateo, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with market research activities.
• Supporting financing activities.
• Performing various administrative tasks.
• Aiding the team with data analysis.
• Preparing comprehensive presentations.
• Organizing and maintaining property information.
• Upholding professional client communication.

Required Qualifications:
• A foundational understanding of Commercial Real Estate and current market trends and practices.
• Basic knowledge of Finance coupled with associated analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey information effectively.
• A dedicated Customer Service orientation, focused on fostering positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Current enrollment in, or recent completion of, studies in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven ability to manage time effectively.
