Job Description
This is an Internship role with a 2-month duration, located in New Jersey / New York (Hybrid).
Role Type: Sales & Marketing Intern
Role Overview:
The company is seeking an energetic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Intern to support its US business development and marketing initiatives. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates from reputed universities in New Jersey or New York to gain practical, hands-on experience in B2B technology marketing, event management, and sales enablement.
What You Will Do:
• Event Support: Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of booths for marketing events, conferences, and expos.
• On-Ground Marketing: Support on-ground marketing activities, including ensuring brand visibility, managing promotional materials, and engaging with leads.
• Event Logistics: Manage event logistics, participant registrations, and follow-up communications with attendees and prospective clients.
• Digital Marketing: Contribute to social media and digital marketing campaigns to enhance both event and overall brand presence.
• Content Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the India-based marketing and design teams to develop collateral, presentations, and digital content.
• CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM databases with information related to events and leads.
• Sales Enablement: Support sales enablement initiatives, which include lead research, tracking outreach efforts, and executing campaigns.
• Strategy Participation: Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing strategies and creative content planning.
Requirements:
• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications from a reputed university in NJ, NY, or PA.
• Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the United States under CPT (Curricular Practical Training) or OPT (Optional Practical Training) authorization.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Technical Familiarity: Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
• Work Style: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Travel: Willingness to assist with in-person events and travel within the tri-state area when required.
