Summer Sales Internship

Grit × Forge Marketing’s Summer Sales Internship is a hands-on, high-income opportunity designed for college students seeking transformation and accelerated growth in business, leadership, and communication. This program is offered for Summer 2026 and includes a paid internship with housing provided and a focus on leadership development.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Intern, you will join a motivated team of student entrepreneurs. Your primary responsibility will be working face-to-face with homeowners, representing one of the fastest-growing pest control brands in the country. The program operates in thriving markets across the U.S., including Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and more. You will learn to sell, lead, and influence with confidence, earning uncapped commissions and building tangible, real-world experience.

Key Internship Details:
• Duration: 3 – 4 months (May – August 2026).
• Compensation: 100% performance-based, featuring uncapped commissions + bonuses. Most interns earn $10,000 – $15,000 in a single summer.
• Housing: Fully furnished company housing is provided at a discounted cost, where you will live with your team near your assigned market.
• Markets: Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and other growing territories across the U.S.
• Training: Includes virtual onboarding followed by an in-person bootcamp before launch. You will receive daily mentorship and structured training from industry-leading sales professionals and 7-figure earners.
