Job Description: Summer Sales Internship
The Summer Sales Internship at Grit × Forge Marketing is designed as a transformative, hands-on, and high-income opportunity for college students and young adults. It focuses on accelerating growth in business, leadership, and communication skills for the Summer 2026 season.
Key Features:
• Duration: 3 – 4 months, typically from May to August 2026.
• Compensation: This is a 100% performance-based role, offering uncapped commissions plus bonuses. Most interns typically earn between $10,000 – $15,000 in a single summer.
• Housing: Housing is provided at a discounted cost. Interns will live with their team in fully furnished company housing located near their assigned market.
• Location: The program operates in thriving markets across the U.S., including Phoenix, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, and other growing territories. Interns must be open to relocating for the summer.
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Intern, you will join a motivated team of student entrepreneurs. Your primary responsibility will involve face-to-face interaction with homeowners, representing one of the fastest-growing pest control brands in the country. This involves direct door-to-door sales.
