Detailed Job Description

Position: College Student (Finance Department)

Overview:
Crane Currency offers a part-time, onsite opportunity for a college student during the Winter term to gain hands-on experience within its Finance department. The role is based out of the Nashua, NH location, working directly with senior analysts. This position is part of the company’s comprehensive Early Career Professionals Program (ECP), designed to provide a meaningful and impactful experience.

How You Will Make An Impact:
This program is structured to allow students to make a true impact on the business through direct involvement in key financial activities, including:
Continuous Improvement Project Support: This involves documentation, idea generation, assessing feasibility, and validation for various projects.
Analysis and Reporting: Contributing to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, covering actuals, forecasts, and planning.
Compliance: Assisting with reviews, audits, and reporting related to financial compliance.
Support Forecast & Planning Process: Providing support to the overall forecasting and planning functions within the department.

Required Qualifications:
Education: Applicants must be currently enrolled in a BS or Graduate degree program at an accredited institution, pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
Experience: Prior work experience in any industry is required.
Academic Standing: Candidates must have completed at least one full year of college or university studies, with a higher preference given to rising Juniors or Seniors.
Citizenship & Suitability: All candidates must be U.S. Citizens with the ability to demonstrate suitability for employment in a position of Public Trust, consistent with U.S. Government contract requirements.
