Job Description

Role: Business Development Associate (Summer Intern)

Overview: This is a sales-focused internship opportunity within a fast-paced startup environment at a critical growth stage. The role is ideal for individuals passionate about sports, social interaction, and intrigued by the sports management sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Community Launch: Spearhead the launch and growth of HotTakes within your local community.
• App Adoption: Drive app adoption through peer-to-peer promotion and creative marketing strategies.
• Promotion & Events: Actively promote HotTakes via word-of-mouth, social media, and by organizing and hosting events such as sports viewing parties.
• User Education: Educate peers on responsible and smart sports betting habits using the app’s features.
• Feedback & Development: Gather and share user feedback with the core team to help shape and improve new app features.
• Network Hype: Leverage your personal network to build excitement and drive engagement for the HotTakes platform.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Flexible Schedule: Work 10–30 hours per week, based on your availability.
