Job Description: Mars Wrigley Supply Chain Internship Experience

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to join Mars, a company dedicated to building a better world and investing in its Associates. The Mars Wrigley Supply Chain Internship Experience is a 10–11-week summer program designed to provide significant depth of experience through real business problems and opportunities within the consumer products industry. Interns will gain exposure to a variety of critical supply chain areas, including:
Customer Supply Chain/Logistics
Operations Planning
Customer Care
External Manufacturing
Supply Chain Center of Excellence

What Mars is looking for in candidates:
Attributes: Humble and agile students with a strong drive for results, a keen desire to learn, and the ability to quickly build relationships.
Passion & Background: Students passionate about end-to-end supply chain planning and operations, the consumer products industry, and possessing a background in finance/data analytics.
Eligibility:
• Candidates must be interning the summer prior to their final graduation date.
• Open to students legally authorized to work in the U.S., without the need for current or future work status authorization or visa sponsorship for employment.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of drug and background screening.
• Eligible candidates are responsible for personal transportation to and from the worksite for the duration of the program.
