Job description, detailed

This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship known as the “Ag Experience,” specifically designed to align with your degree program and personal interests within the Agronomy division.

Key Aspects of the Internship:
• You will be paired with a summer mentor who will provide direction, challenges, and education about MFA and its Agronomy division, ensuring you gain valuable hands-on experience.
• Your mentor will outline a specific project for you to complete, which you will then present at the conclusion of the summer.
• The internship offers unique opportunities for diverse collaborations and building life-long connections with students from various accredited college campuses.
• Interns will be immersed in the company culture through exciting trips to various MFA locations for tours and learning, participating in community service opportunities, and engaging in social activities to build relationships with fellow interns and team members.
• All duties and responsibilities are to be completed in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Have experience in agronomy, business, or a related field.
