This is an unpaid internship program offering multiple opportunities across various sports business functions with the New Jersey Titans (NAHL). Academic credit can be arranged if needed.

Program Overview:

The internship program is designed for motivated and ambitious students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in sports business, media, entertainment, and event operations. The goal is to prepare interns for future paid opportunities within the sports industry. Interns are not limited to a single semester and can contribute for as long as they are able, gaining progressive responsibilities over time. An Incentive and Development Plan is in place to reward contributions, highlight intern achievements on LinkedIn, and help position students for advancement into paid roles.

Location:

Middletown Sports Complex, Middletown, NJ

Schedule:

The Titans’ home games are primarily on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights from September through April, with playoffs extending into May. Interns will work on a rotating schedule and are not expected to attend every event, providing flexibility to balance other commitments.

Eligibility:

• Must be enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university program.
• No relocation assistance provided.
• The New Jersey Titans cannot provide work authorization or visa sponsorship.
• Academic credit can be arranged if needed.
• Students of all majors and backgrounds are welcome, and no prior experience in sports is required.
• Training and mentorship will be provided for anyone with an interest in sports business.
• Experience in areas such as event operations, media, game presentation, sales, design, or communications is a plus, but not required.
