Job Description: Ag Experience Internship

This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship known as the “Ag Experience,” specifically designed to align with your degree program and personal interests within the agricultural sector.

Key Responsibilities & Learning Opportunities:
• Support farmers and ranchers in their operations.
• Work within the Sales division of MFA, gaining direct exposure and experience.
• You will be paired with a summer mentor who will provide guidance, challenges, and teach you extensively about the company and its sales operations.
• Gain valuable hands-on experience in the agriculture industry.
• Complete a specific project outlined by your mentor, which you will then present at the conclusion of the summer.
• All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in strict accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Possess experience in agriculture, business, or a related field.
