Job Description: Ag Experience Internship – Transportation Division

This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship under MFA’s Ag Experience program, specifically tailored to your degree program and personal interests, with a focus on the Transportation division.

Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities:
• Mentored Project: You will be paired with a dedicated summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you about MFA Incorporated and its Transportation division. Your mentor will outline a specific project for you to complete and present at the conclusion of the summer, allowing you to gain valuable hands-on experience.
• Industry Support: Contribute to supporting farmers and ranchers in our communities.
• Company Policy Adherence: Complete all duties and responsibilities in accordance with established company policies.
• Cultural Immersion: Actively participate in the unique MFA culture, including:
• Joining exciting trips to various MFA locations for tours and learning.
• Engaging in community service opportunities, giving back while bonding with the team.
• Building long-lasting relationships through shared experiences and social activities with fellow interns and team members.

Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience: Have experience in agriculture, business, or a related field.
• Skills: Possess or be willing to develop basic computer skills.
