Job description, detailed

This is a full-time, 12-week, paid internship known as MFA’s Ag Experience, designed to be unique to your degree program and personal interests.

Key Responsibilities & Activities:
• Support farmers and ranchers, aligning with MFA’s mission.
• Work within the Retail Credit division, gaining specific insights and experience in this area.
• Engage in valuable hands-on experience directed by a dedicated summer mentor.
• Complete a defined project outlined by your mentor, culminating in a presentation at the internship’s conclusion.
• Participate in exciting trips to various MFA locations for tours and learning experiences.
• Contribute to the community through service opportunities, fostering teamwork and giving back.
• Collaborate with students from diverse accredited college campuses, building life-long connections.
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with company policy.

Mentorship & Learning:
• You will be paired with a summer mentor who will direct, challenge, and teach you extensively about the company and the Retail Credit division.
• The internship offers an opportunity for continuous learning and exposure to whole-farm solutions.

Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Associate of Applied Sciences Degree.
• Experience in agriculture, business, or a related field.
