Job Description: Civil Engineer Co-op

The Civil Engineer Co-op role at The Kleingers Group is designed to provide hands-on experience and professional development. Key responsibilities and learning opportunities for a co-op include:

• Collaborating effectively with a team of experienced engineers.
• Engaging in the drafting and designing of construction drawings for diverse projects spanning industrial, corporate, healthcare, retail, transportation, and mixed-use markets.
• Gaining proficiency in design and CAD applications, specifically focusing on developing skills in Civil 3D.
• Learning how to organize work efficiently to maximize personal contributions, growth, and development within the team.
• Working positively and constructively within a team environment.
• Actively developing new skills and knowledge to increase capabilities and reach full professional potential.

What We Are Looking For
