About the Job

This is an Internship Opportunity within the Revenue Team, specifically for Interior Design functions, within Royal Caribbean Group’s 10-week internship program.

Internship Program Overview:
The program is designed to cultivate future leaders by providing meaningful work experiences across various departments. Interns will work alongside industry professionals to develop skills and understanding of the cruise and travel industry. It offers real-world experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The award-winning program includes:

Specific Internship Positions:
Interns will be placed in one of two key areas within the Interior Design function:
Global Marine Operations
Newbuild Design

About the Interior Design Function:
The Interior Design Function at Royal Caribbean oversees the conceptualization and execution of innovative ship interiors. The goal is to ensure a luxurious and cohesive onboard experience that aligns with the company’s brand vision. Responsibilities include:
• Developing cutting-edge interior concepts for upcoming vessels.
Maintaining design standards across the existing fleet.
Sourcing high-quality materials.
Coordinating with contractors and vendors worldwide.
Balancing creative vision with budget constraints.

An internship in this function offers hands-on experience in high-level interior design, project management, and international collaboration within the complex and dynamic cruise industry.

Internship Details:
Grad Dates (Eligibility): December 2026 & May 2027 grads.
Location: South Florida Offices, which include:
• Port of Miami
• Downtown Tech Hub
• Miramar Tech Hub
• Entertainment Studios
Format: Hybrid (In-person Monday – Thursday, remote on Fridays).
Dates: June 1st – August 2nd, 2026 (10-week duration).
Work Authorization: Permanent US Work Authorization required.

Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field of study.
Expected Graduation: December 2026 or May 2027.
Work Authorization: Must have authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis.
GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.2 is highly preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in related areas.
