About the Internship Role

Cashear is seeking passionate, driven students to join its Fall 2025 Internship Program. This is an on-site, unpaid, 4-month internship experience, specifically running from Mid-August to Mid-December 2025. The internship will be based in Midtown Manhattan (Flatiron/Gramercy District). Interns will work directly with Cashear’s marketing team to significantly contribute to growing the brand’s presence across various platforms.

The internship encompasses a diverse set of responsibilities focused on digital marketing, social media management, and community building:

Content Creation & Editing:
Assist in shooting and editing social media content for key platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This will involve capturing content both at live events and in-office settings.
Community Engagement:
Actively reply to comments and direct messages across all social media platforms.
Engage with followers, artists, and creators to foster a strong community and enhance algorithm reach.
Provide support in planning and promoting live events and features highlighting various artists.
Social Media Scheduling & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance metrics of social media posts and campaigns.
Propose data-driven improvements based on observed performance.
Influencer & Artist Research:
Scout and establish connections with potential collaborators, influencers, up-and-coming artists, and content creators for partnership opportunities.
Research competing platforms and artist strategies to gather insightful market intelligence.
Trendspotting & Creative Input:
Monitor current social media trends, including memes and challenges, and suggest creative adaptations for Cashear’s brand.
Pitch innovative campaign ideas that are consistent with Cashear’s brand voice and objectives.
