Job Description
This is a full-time, 10-week internship program designed for motivated rising senior students seeking a bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related major (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) from an accredited college or university. The program runs from May 27 through July 31, 2026.
Key Program Highlights:
• Real-world experience: Gain insight into working within the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
• Professional development: Participate in sessions, webinars, community service, and cross-functional projects.
• Networking opportunities: Build connections with team members and senior leaders.
• Mentorship: Receive one-on-one advice from a dedicated mentor to help achieve professional goals.
• Kickoff Conference: Participate in the program launch on May 27th.
• Final Presentations: Conclude the program with presentations on your work.
Time Allocation:
• Approximately 80% of your schedule will be dedicated to department and team-focused projects.
• The remaining 20% will be spent on professional development sessions and networking activities.
Internship Responsibilities May Include:
• Building AI models using customer call transcripts.
• Extracting meaningful information from data and providing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes.
• Assisting with metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related major.
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in your current program.
• Must have an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or the need for future employment-based immigration sponsorship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to author SQL queries on a beginner to intermediate level.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
