• Job Title: Management Intern
• Employment Type: Part-Time
• Compensation: This is a paid position offering the opportunity to “Make BIG Money.” Interns receive an extra $3 per hour for shifts worked on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Program Overview: The Management Internship is a 12-week, hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a successful career in Retail Management with Menards.
• Key Responsibilities & Training:
• Interns will receive on-the-job training and work directly alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• The program focuses on building a deep understanding of Menards’ business operations.
• Participants will actively develop and strengthen essential skills including organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
• The internship provides valuable opportunities to gain hands-on management experience.
