About the Job: Client Management Intern

We Speak Model Management is seeking a Client Management Intern to join the team in Fall 2025. This is a 100% remote internship.

Internship Overview & Learning Areas:

The internship will commence with two weeks of dedicated training in client management, alongside learning and training in the following core areas:

Learn the behind the scenes of modeling.
Learn insights into model management up close.
Establish industry relationships.
Learn about, and assist in client management, project submissions, and scheduling models.
Learn about, and assist in the casting process.

Primary Learning Area:
The primary focus of this internship is Client Management, which will account for 85% of the internship experience.

Additional Learning Options:
Interns have the option to learn about and assist in another area of growth, chosen and curated by the intern based on their interests or current class curriculum. Potential areas include:

Model Portfolio Books Management
Social Media Management
Information/Data Maintenance
Models Dot Management
Branding/copy Management
DEI related projects, including utilizing our wealth of knowledge for the creation of informational resources.

Company Engagement:
Interns will be invited to attend company meetings to gain insights into behind-the-scenes discussions of a progressive model management company and have opportunities to ask questions.

Skills Required:

Professional and personal communication skills.
Detail-oriented. Must consistently follow processes without missing details, ensuring work can be seamlessly picked up by others.
Proficient in Google Sheets.
Comfortable asking questions.
Must own a computer/laptop capable of simultaneously supporting online software, Google Sheets, and email.

Position Title: Client Management Intern
Manager’s Position: Junior Model Booker
Location: NYC (This is a 100% remote position.)
Duration: September 2, 2025 – December 15, 2025
Hours: 20 hours per week
Compensation: This is an unpaid internship. We prefer to work with your school for credits.
