They are organizing a significant presence in New York City, including participation in New York Bridal Fashion Week (NYBFW) with a runway show, an exclusive NYC fashion event, and their first-ever MWL Pop-Up boutique. MWL Bridal is known for its fashion-forward approach, working closely with a Creative Director and a dedicated team to create memorable events and experiences for their clientele.

Job Title: Fashion Intern

Location: New York City

Dates: October 12–17, 2025 (applicants are required to advise which of these dates they are available).

Purpose of the Internship:
Made With Love Bridal (MWL) is seeking enthusiastic fashion interns to provide support during their activities for New York Bridal Fashion Week (NYBFW) and at their exclusive NYC fashion event, which includes their first-ever MWL Pop-Up boutique. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of bridal fashion and event management.

Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
• NYBFW Runway Show Support: Provide crucial backstage assistance, which includes model dressing, meticulous garment preparation, and general logistics to ensure a smooth show.
• NYC Pop-Up Assistance: Aid with various tasks at the Pop-Up boutique, such as styling, set-up, facilitating fittings, and ensuring exceptional client care.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the company’s Creative Director and the broader MWL team, gaining insights into their operations and creative process.
• Event Activations: Assist with fun, fashion-based activations at the Pop-Up and/or perform other light duties as required to support the event’s success.

Requirements:
• Location: Must be based in New York City.
• Availability: Must be available for some or all dates during October 12–17, 2025.
• Academic Background: Currently studying or a recent graduate in Fashion Design, Fashion Business, Public Relations (PR), Marketing, or a related field.
• Passion & Skills: Demonstrated passion for fashion, particularly bridal fashion. Candidates must be detail-oriented and confident working under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Compensation:
This is an unpaid position, offered solely for the valuable experience and exposure gained within the bridal fashion industry.
