Job Description: Field Marketing Intern

This is a paid internship opportunity located in Minnesota. The role focuses on gaining insight and experience into the world of SaaS marketing within a leading international organization.

Primary Focus:
The internship will involve a variety of marketing & operational activities, including:
Digital marketing
Events coordination
Partner marketing
PR
Product marketing

Support and Administrative Tasks:
The intern will provide support for various administrative duties, such as:
• Expense reimbursement
• Couriering
• Packing
• Team activities coordination
• Translations to Spanish
• Researching

Reporting Structure:
The intern will be responsible for supporting the Field Marketing Manager leading up to, during, and after field marketing campaigns.

Collaboration:
Operationally, the Field Marketing Intern will work in close collaboration with the Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Marketing, and PR teams to align on regional activities.

Your Area of Responsibilities:
• Assist in vendor coordination and communication, including comparing and reviewing services and quotes.
• Provide occasional event logistic support, which may include printing name tags, place cards, mailing items, packing SWAG, carrying small boxes/banners, and event set-up.
• Support with the preparation of briefing documents for marketing material creation and coordination with the in-house design team.
Concepting and preparation of presentations and internal planning documents.
• Conduct regular research and support for digital/physical events, as well as assisting with event logistics and registrations.
• Work on internal and external communications (emails, newsletters).

Your Profile (Requirements):
Current university student enrolled in a program or a recent graduate in areas such as Marketing, Communications, Business, or another relevant subject.
Located in the Minnesota Twin Cities.
Native Spanish speaker or bilingual (English and Spanish) is a strong advantage, as the company supports multilingual clients.
Strong interest in event/digital marketing, ideally with first internship experience in that area.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate complicated information clearly and simply.
Willingness and capacity to learn new concepts related to the role with appropriate support and training.
Interest in communication and PR is a plus.
Ability to manage time and parallel projects remotely.
• Possess a helpful and approachable demeanor to support others.
