Job Description
About Company: Agentio
Agentio is a high-growth tech startup that is revolutionizing the $600B digital ad ecosystem by shifting digital ad spend into the hands of creators. Their core offering allows marketers to buy creator-led ads with the same ease and scalability as traditional Meta or Google ads. They achieve this by automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement, drastically reducing the time it takes to execute campaigns from months to minutes.
Agentio’s Mission is twofold: to deliver better outcomes for marketers and to empower creators to live off their work, ensuring they are paid in proportion to the value they create. They highlight a significant industry trend, citing Unilever’s intent to move roughly half of its substantial $9–10B annual ad budget into social and creators, emphasizing the critical need for performance-grade infrastructure like Agentio to manage these funds.
Agentio enables major brands such as Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor, control, and accountability as their core performance marketing channels.
The company has garnered significant recognition, including being named to Forbes’ list of Next Billion Dollar Startups, 2025. They are backed by prominent investors like Benchmark, Craft, and AlleyCorp, having raised $16M to date. Their product is currently utilized and praised by leading marketers and creators, signaling a strong start in their journey to redefine digital advertising.
