Job Description: Operations Analyst Internship
This is a paid, full-time, 12-week Operations Analyst Internship for Summer 2026, located at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship is designed to provide students with a hands-on opportunity to launch their careers, engaging in real projects and collaborating with teams across the company to make a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate business processes to uncover inefficiencies and identify their root causes.
• Partner with various teams throughout the company to transform insights into actionable recommendations that improve operations.
• Utilize SQL to pull and organize data for reports and special projects.
• Review and summarize weekly business reports to identify trends and flag potential issues requiring follow-up.
Minimum Requirements:
• Applicants must be students pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Possess excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Exposure to SQL or other programming languages is strongly preferred.
