About the Job Description
What You’ll Do
This role involves supporting the marketing analytics and account management functions. Key responsibilities include:
• Google Business Profile Management: Assisting in the management and optimization of Google Business Profiles (Google My Business accounts) for multiple clients.
• Data Reporting and Interpretation: Pulling, reviewing, and interpreting monthly analytics reports from various digital platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis: Tracking and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics related to marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Internal Reporting: Compiling insights and preparing internal reports for the client success team to review.
• Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitoring campaigns to identify trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Working closely with the advertising and strategy teams to ensure the accuracy of all reporting.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
• Educational Background: A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest: A strong interest in digital marketing and understanding advertising performance.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfort with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager, or a strong willingness to learn these quickly.
• Data Skills: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Mindset: A detail-oriented, organized, and analytical approach to tasks.
• Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn how marketing agencies track performance and demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) to clients.
