• Program Overview:
• The Management Internship is a 12-week, hands-on training program.
• It is specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for a career in Retail Management.
• Participants will work closely with their General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• The goal is to help interns develop an in-depth understanding of the business operations and prepare them to transition into a management role in the near future.
