About the Job Description

This role is for an individual who will provide support in marketing analytics and account management, focusing heavily on digital platforms and performance tracking.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Google Business Profile Management: Assist in the management and optimization of Google Business Profiles (Google My Business accounts) for various clients.
Analytics Reporting: Extract, review, and interpret monthly analytics reports from key digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital sources.
Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other performance metrics related to marketing and advertising campaigns.
Internal Reporting: Compile insights derived from data and prepare internal reports for the client success team to review.
Campaign Monitoring: Continuously monitor campaigns to identify trends, successes, and areas where improvements can be made.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the advertising and strategy teams to ensure the accuracy and consistency of all reporting.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Educational Background: A current student or recent graduate with a strong academic background in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communications, or a closely related field.
Interest in Digital Marketing: A strong and demonstrable interest in digital marketing and understanding advertising performance.
Tool Proficiency/Aptitude: Comfort with, or a strong willingness and ability to quickly learn, tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
Data Analysis Skills: Proficiency in using Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Mindset: A detail-oriented, organized, and analytical approach to tasks.
Learning Orientation: Eagerness to learn how marketing agencies track performance metrics and effectively demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI) to clients.
