This role is for a Creative Intern or Junior Designer/Editor who will play a crucial part in the visual content creation process for clients.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Graphic Design & Marketing Asset Creation: You will be responsible for assisting in the design and production of various visual assets, including graphics, social media posts, and other marketing materials specifically tailored for clients. This involves understanding client branding and campaign objectives to create visually appealing and effective content.
Video Editing: A significant part of the role involves editing both short-form and long-form video content. This includes popular formats like TikTok and Instagram Reels for quick, engaging content, as well as longer formats for platforms such as YouTube and various digital advertisements. Proficiency in cutting, assembling, and refining video footage to tell compelling stories is key.
Photo Editing & Retouching: You will provide support in editing and retouching photographs for client projects. This can range from basic color correction and cropping to more advanced retouching to enhance image quality and ensure brand consistency.
Content Repurposing & Adaptation: You will be tasked with taking existing creative content and repurposing or adapting it across multiple digital platforms. This requires an understanding of different platform specifications and audience behaviors to ensure content is optimized and effective wherever it is published.
Collaboration with Strategists: A key collaborative aspect of the role is working closely with strategists. This ensures that all creative content produced aligns perfectly with client brand guidelines and contributes effectively towards specific campaign goals. This involves strong communication and a shared understanding of marketing objectives.
Research & Trend Application: You are expected to actively research and apply trending styles, formats, and creative techniques relevant to digital content. This proactive approach ensures that client content remains fresh, relevant, and engaging in the ever-evolving digital landscape.

What We’re Looking For (Required Qualifications & Skills):

Educational Background: You should be a current student or a recent graduate from a program in Design, Media, Marketing, or a related field. This indicates a foundational understanding of the principles relevant to the role.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with industry-standard design and editing software is crucial. This includes Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Alternatively, proficiency with equivalent tools like Canva, Final Cut Pro, or Figma is also acceptable, demonstrating adaptability and a diverse skill set.
Portfolio: A portfolio is mandatory, showcasing your design or editing skills. This can include school projects, freelance work, or even personal projects, demonstrating your creative capabilities and practical experience.
Creative Acumen: You must possess a strong creative eye coupled with meticulous attention to detail. An understanding of brand alignment is also critical to ensure all visuals resonate with client identities.
