Job Description: Management Intern (Part-Time)

This is a paid, part-time Management Internship position with immediate openings available.

• Program Overview:
• A 12-week, hands-on training program specifically designed to develop and prepare individuals for the world of Retail Management.
• The primary goal is to equip interns with the necessary skills and understanding to take on a management role in the near future.

• Training & Development:
• Involves on-the-job training, where interns will work directly alongside the General Management team, Department Managers, and other Store Team Members.
• This collaborative environment is intended to build a deep understanding of the business operations.
• Interns will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen key skills, including organizational, communication, and time management abilities, in addition to gaining hands-on management experience.

• Compensation & Benefits:
• The position is paid, with the potential to “Make BIG Money.”
• Interns receive an extra $3 per hour on Saturdays and Sundays.
