Job Title: Sales & Biz Dev Intern
Core Function:
As a Sales & Biz Dev Intern, you will be crucial in generating lead flow and managing outreach efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include researching potential clients, initiating contact with decision-makers, attending industry events, scheduling appointments, and fostering relationships with relevant local businesses.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and thoroughly research high-potential local businesses within the Dallas area.
• Initiate contact with potential clients via direct messages (DMs), emails, or phone calls to secure initial engagements.
• Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s lead tracking system.
• Attend networking events, pop-ups, or expos alongside team members.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, PR team, and content leads.
• Propose potential local partnerships, collaborations, or placement opportunities.
• Aid in the client onboarding process, including managing intake forms, gathering necessary assets, and setting up drive access.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Possesses strong and confident communication skills, both online and in-person.
• Enjoys making new connections and expanding networks.
• Is enthusiastic about demonstrating the value of effective branding to potential clients.
• Highly organized and meticulous in tracking conversations and progress.
• Capable of crafting engaging and non-robotic direct messages or pitch emails.
• Must be based in Dallas or able to attend local events physically.
