This is an exciting career opportunity for a Tax Winter Intern in CohnReznick’s Jupiter office for the Winter 2026 season, specifically from January to April 2026.
Your Team & Support System:
• Engagement Team: As an Intern, you will work closely with a team comprising other Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
• Industries Served: The firm serves a diverse range of clients across various industries, including Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services (industry focus may vary by office).
• Office Environment: The Jupiter office offers amenities, collaborative spaces, and private offices.
• Performance Coach: You will be assigned a Performance Coach who will meet with you to establish goals, provide feedback, and support your career path.
• CR Friend: A CR Friend will serve as a familiar face and a reliable point of contact for any questions or support needed as you join the firm.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
While the role is for a Tax Winter Intern, the responsibilities listed in the job description primarily focus on accounting and auditing procedures. This indicates a broad exposure to firm standards and client workflows.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Becoming familiar with accounting and auditing procedures.
• Performing procedures in accordance with firm standards in an accurate, thorough, and timely manner.
• Working on all aspects of an audit engagement, which includes tasks such as cash reconciliations, accounts payable, searching for unrecorded liabilities, maintaining confirmation logs, and preparing audit work papers.
• Assisting with audits, reviews, compilations, and accounting services.
• Participating in resolving audit issues by obtaining evidence and making client inquiries.
• Assisting the team with daily client workflow.
Your Experience & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:
• Academic Pursuit: Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA Licensure Plan: Planning to complete 150 credit hours between December 2026 and September 2027 to qualify for CPA licensure.
• GPA: A minimum 3.0 GPA in both your major and overall studies.
• Coursework: Successful completion of two accounting courses prior to the start of the internship.
• Leadership: Held leadership positions in student organizations, extracurricular activities, and/or on team projects.
• Experience (Plus): Prior work or internship experience is a plus.
• Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: Able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical Skills: Possess strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Work Authorization: Must be able to provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or permanent residency status to apply for an internship or entry-level role.
