What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Formulate and implement strategies across various functions, including sales, marketing, production, technology, and international business development initiatives.
• Operational Management: Oversee and manage daily operational processes within the assigned department, ensuring efficiency, adherence to established guidelines, and optimal resource utilization.
• Data Analysis & Performance Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, operational performance, and financial data to derive actionable insights and manage outcomes effectively.
• Stakeholder & Resource Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with internal teams, external partners, customers, and suppliers, while effectively managing allocated resources and budgets.
• Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process enhancement, contribute to the development of new initiatives, and support the continuous optimization of management systems and efficiency.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with degree completion expected by February 2027, making candidates eligible for a new hire position in December 2026.
• Experience: Ability to commit to and complete the entire 4-week internship program, scheduled from October 19, 2026, to November 13, 2026.
• Skills: Demonstrated passion and competence for Lotte Wellfood and the specific job function applying for; no disqualifying factors for international travel or overseas work; for male applicants, completion or exemption from military service.
• Bonus: Preferred qualifications include an academic background relevant to the chosen field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Economics. Fluency in specific foreign languages, such as business-level Chinese for Overseas Sales or business-level English for Purchasing, is highly valued for international roles. Furthermore, proficiency in MS Office applications and possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Food Engineer, Public Labor Attorney, or certifications in finance/accounting) are considered a strong advantage.
