This role is crucial for enhancing online business performance, optimizing channel efficiency, and supporting strategic decision-making through comprehensive data analysis and actionable insights.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Analysis & Monitoring: Manage the analysis, data monitoring, and monthly operational review for all internet life insurance channels, establishing standardized analysis systems and metric definitions.
• Performance Optimization: Conduct comprehensive attribution analysis across traffic, conversion, premium, ROI, customer acquisition cost, lapse, and quality, diagnosing business anomalies, inefficient channels, and quality issues to propose actionable optimization strategies.
• Strategic Assessment: Undertake commercial estimations, feasibility evaluations, and risk predictions for new products, channels, and operational approaches, developing performance forecasting, channel value, and ROI assessment models to drive business growth and enhance cost efficiency.
• Project Management & Reporting: Lead key special projects, continuously iterate data dashboards and automated reports, and regularly present operational insights to senior management to inform channel strategy, budget allocation, and operational iteration decisions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preferred background in finance, insurance, statistics, economics, or data analysis.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry specializing in operations or commercial analysis, with a strong understanding of the full lifecycle of internet life insurance online business, and a track record of implementing projects focused on online channel efficiency, quality governance, and cost reduction.
• Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel, strong commercial insight, expertise in attribution breakdown and strategy implementation, mastery of ROI, premium, and quality accounting logic for channels, along with excellent cross-departmental collaboration and high-level reporting abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with Tableau or PowerBI, and familiarity with internet insurance regulatory compliance requirements.
