The TL;DR

• Pay: $525 weekly
• Mission: To equip young adults with the technical and professional skills necessary to launch a successful professional career through rigorous training and a valuable internship.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Training & Development: Complete rigorous training in both technical and professional skills.
• Internship Experience: Participate in a valuable internship with a top company, specifically with BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.
• Skill Cultivation: Develop essential professional business and communication skills, including workplace etiquette and effective communication techniques.
• Career Preparation: Master interviewing and networking skills, and create a compelling resume that effectively highlights strengths and experience.
• Specialized Learning: Gain in-depth knowledge within chosen training tracks such as Application Development, Customer Success, or Financial Operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Must be a high school graduate or GED recipient and have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and available Monday-Friday throughout the entire program duration.
• Skills: Demonstrated high motivation to learn technical and professional skills.
