About the Program: Year Up United

Year Up United offers a one-year or less, intensive job training program specifically designed for young adults. The program is dedicated to providing comprehensive support, including in-classroom skill development, access to internships and/or job placement services, and personalized coaching and mentorship. As a participant, you will also receive an educational stipend.

The program structure consists of two main phases: rigorous training in both technical and professional skills, followed by a valuable internship experience with a top company. Your internship will be specifically with BNY Mellon in Pittsburgh.

Eligibility Requirements:

To apply to Year Up United, you must meet the following criteria:

• Be a high school graduate or GED recipient.
• Be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Be available Monday-Friday throughout the entire duration of the program.
• Be highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree.
• You may be required to answer additional screening questions when applying.
