The Talent Ecosystem program focuses on inspiring young talents and career changers to learn Salesforce technologies and join the Salesforce ecosystem. The team aims to increase awareness, attract qualified individuals, certify their skills, and place them with partners, customers, and Salesforce itself.

Job Description: Working Student, Talent Ecosystem

This is a unique opportunity for a working student to contribute to the success of a dynamic and innovative program. You will report directly to the Senior Director in EMEA and collaborate closely with team members and various internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ecosystem Roadmap and Playbook Development: Actively participate in the development of a roadmap and playbook to enhance Salesforce’s presence and explore strategic integration and positioning within the market.
Salesforce Training Expertise: Become an expert on Salesforce training tools and products, empowering the ecosystem to leverage opportunities within the tech economy.
Ambassador Community Enablement: Drive successful adoption of the program by equipping and enabling ambassador communities to conduct training sessions at universities.
Ecosystem Community Building: Foster a strong and engaged ecosystem by collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders. Implement impactful marketing initiatives, including events, webinars, and communication strategies.
Data Tracking and Reporting: Identify and track essential metrics to ensure the program’s ongoing success and maintain program effectiveness.
Content Creation: Develop compelling talent ecosystem assets that align with the program vision and promote its initiatives.

Desired Experience:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, human resources, commerce, or a related field.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in business operations, programs or business development, training & development, project management, or sales readiness within a high-tech environment. Prior internship experience is valued.
• Proficiency in Google Suite is essential, and experience with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Excellent networking skills and the ability to build strong relationships across the company.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a quantitative approach to problem-solving.
• Highly organized, experienced in planning and managing systematic approaches.
• Proactive, creative, and innovative thinker.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
• Highly collaborative working style with a strong desire to learn and develop.
• Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
