Workforce Management Analyst | Parallon

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Parallon, a leading provider of revenue cycle management services for HCA Healthcare and other healthcare clients. Parallon is dedicated to supporting healthcare operations, which in turn contributes to the patient experience by ensuring efficient and effective services. This role is critical for optimizing workforce management, ensuring proper staffing levels, and supporting the talent acquisition process to maintain operational efficiency.

The TL;DR

• Team: Collaborative team responsible for data analysis, qualified candidate selection, and staffing system management within workforce management operations.
• Mission: To optimize workforce management operations through data analysis, candidate selection, and staffing system oversight.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Design, build, and run daily reports and spreadsheets for operational business partners and the Workforce Management team using intermediate Excel skills.
• Data Maintenance: Maintain new hires reports, including managing new and existing requisitions and attrition data.
• Staffing Adjustment: Regularly assess operational team rosters to determine and recommend necessary staffing adjustments.
• Candidate Management: Review applicants for open requisitions to identify quality candidates and maintain updated candidate status in the applicant tracking system.
• Process Improvement: Analyze data in reports to identify improvement opportunities, conduct root cause analysis, and make appropriate recommendations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience, with a focus on workforce management operations.
• Experience: Minimum of 0 – 3 years of applicable experience related to workforce management operations.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Excel for reporting and data analysis, ability to build and maintain relationships, and experience with applicant tracking and CRM systems.
• Bonus: Experience with HCA/Parallon systems, customer service or Contact Center operations experience, and familiarity with GHR & Taleo.
