Job Description – Workday Reporting Consultant
This role offers the opportunity to:
• Make a direct impact on clients’ businesses: By maximizing the performance of their Human Resources (HR) function through leading-edge systems and processes, you’ll be directly contributing to their success.
• Be a problem-solver: You’ll help clients address complex challenges by defining, building, and implementing enhancements to their HR processes and structure.
• Lead technology implementations: You’ll drive HR technology implementations from planning to go-live, including process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing.
• Join a collaborative team: The HR Transformation team at Deloitte is a core component of their Human Capital practice, working collaboratively to develop leading global HR strategies and implement solutions that transform how organizations operate.
• Become part of a growing community: Deloitte’s Workday practice is a leader in Workday implementations, with over 1000 certified professionals working on complex projects.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in maximizing HR function performance through Workday.
• Enhance HR processes and structure to improve alignment with business objectives.
• Drive HR technology implementations throughout the lifecycle.
• Work closely with clients to identify and deliver reporting needs.
• Manage work, lead workstreams, and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in the Workday HCM environment with a focus on Workday Reporting.
• Experience working with clients to identify and deliver reporting needs.
• Workday certification is highly desired.
• Experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the HR function and processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Must live in a commutable distance (approximately 100-mile radius) to one of the designated Delivery locations.
• Expectation to co-locate in the designated Delivery location up to 30% of the time.
• Up to 10% overnight travel may be required.
