Job Description: Workday Financials Reporting Consultant

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Workday Financials Reporting Consultant to join their US Delivery Center. This role offers the opportunity to share new ideas, collaborate on projects, and make a real impact without the extensive travel demands often associated with consulting.

The Team:

The Enterprise Operations as a Service Offering focuses on providing ongoing support and operations for client technology and business process investments through multi-year contracts. The team delivers continuous modernization, manages releases, and addresses incremental business changes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Workday reports (simple, advanced, matrix, composite, trending, scorecard, dashboard, and BIRT reports)
• Leverage Prism Analytics to create insightful reports
• Diagnose and solve complex reporting issues
• Develop reports related to accounting, finance, and budgets
• Utilize EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder) to efficiently import and export data within Workday
• Create calculated fields and manipulate data to generate insightful reports
• Design and implement integrations using XSLT and Cloud Connect
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security
• Maintain documentation of reports, integrations, and data mappings

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience as a Workday report developer
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Workday reporting tools and technologies
• Experience developing reports in finance and accounting domains
• Ability to diagnose and solve complex reporting issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to commute to a designated US Delivery Center location (Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Gilbert, AZ; Houston, TX; Lake Mary, FL; Mechanicsburg, PA; Philadelphia, PA) up to 30% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday certification(s) in relevant modules (Workday Integrations, Workday Prism or Workday Reporting)
