• Mission: Provide a strong foundation in Wealth Management and client engagement to support Financial Advisors in business development.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Strategy: Partner with Financial Advisors to understand their business goals and tailor client engagement strategies to support growth.
• Digital Outreach: Build and execute digital and targeted client outreach strategies, including social media/website content and segmented client communication campaigns.
• Client Analysis: Analyze client relationships and engagement data to identify opportunities and deliver tactical recommendations to enhance the client experience.
• Financial Planning: Apply financial planning tools and resources to gather client information, build/analyze plans, and communicate results and next steps clearly.
• Product Education: Educate clients on Morgan Stanley wealth solutions and support end-to-end onboarding to drive adoption of relevant capabilities.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A bachelor’s degree with a proven track record of academic success and a heightened interest in wealth management.
• Experience: Prior professional experience is an asset but not required. Commitment to a two-year and three-month program period, including a rigorous licensing and training period. Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam completed prior to interviewing, with Firm sponsorship provided for Series 7 and 63 exams.
• Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, client, and interpersonal skills; flexibility and adaptability with new technologies and processes; numerical aptitude and comfort with data/metrics; organizational skills; analytic mindset; great attention to detail; high motivation and commitment.
• Bonus: Experience in prompt engineering and a strong understanding of AI tools and technologies, as well as hands-on experience in optimizing AI-driven solutions.
