## Job Description: Wealth Management Intern
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the world of global wealth management.
Responsibilities:
• Gain industry and organizational knowledge: Learn about Morgan Stanley’s business through daily interactions and job assignments.
• Develop essential skills: Enhance your business, financial, and analytical skills to prepare for a career in global wealth management and financial services.
• Support branch teams: Provide marketing and sales support to branches and their teams.
• Conduct market research: Analyze market trends and gather insights into client needs.
• Gain exposure to wealth management: Develop a comprehensive understanding of wealth management business, products, services, and clients’ financial needs.
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; pursuing a college degree is preferred.
• Minimum age of 18 years old.
• Strong desire to learn more about the global wealth management industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
Compensation:
• The expected base pay rate for this role is $16 per hour at the start of employment.
• Base pay is determined individually and is just part of a comprehensive compensation package, which may also include:
• Commission earnings
• Incentive compensation
• Discretionary bonuses
• Short and long-term incentive packages
• Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs
This internship is a limited-duration position with a maximum of ten months.
