Job Description: Warner Bros. TV Casting Intern – NYC – Summer 2025

This paid internship ($19/hour) is located in New York City and requires a regular in-office presence based on the manager’s schedule. The internship provides administrative support to the NY Casting Manager, offering a broad introduction to television casting, theater, and the New York entertainment industry. The 11-week program runs from either June 2nd-August 15th or June 9th-August 22nd (35-40 hours/week). Relocation is not provided.

Responsibilities:

• Providing administrative support to the Casting Manager, including document creation and editing, digital organization, database input, and communication with agents and industry professionals.
• Supporting in-person auditions and taping processes.
• Exploring new talent and potentially covering live events in NYC (plays, musicals, comedy shows).
• Networking with industry professionals.
• Participating in company events (executive speaker sessions, professional development workshops).

Qualifications:

• Some experience in theater, TV, or film (any level) and interest in the casting process.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university (rising junior or senior, 3.0 GPA or above). Proof of enrollment is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship. (Student visas, including F-1 CPT, F-1 OPT, J-1, M-1, etc., are not eligible).

Additional Information:

• Applications are due by February 28th, but may close earlier due to volume.
• Interviews occur from February to mid-April.
• Credit is not required but documentation for school credit can be provided if needed.
