Job Description: Warner Bros. TV Casting Intern – NYC – Summer 2025

This paid internship ($19/hour USD) is a 11-week summer program with two possible start dates: June 2nd or June 9th. Interns will work 35-40 hours per week in a hybrid capacity (office and remote). Relocation is not provided.

The internship is based in New York City and provides administrative support to the NY Casting Manager within Warner Bros. Television. The role offers a broad introduction to television casting, theater, and the New York City entertainment industry.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing administrative support to the Casting Manager (document creation, editing, digital organization, database input, communication with agents and industry professionals).
• Supporting the in-person audition and taping process.
• Demonstrating curiosity about new talent and potentially covering live events in NYC (plays, musicals, comedy shows).
• Participating in networking opportunities with industry professionals.
• Attending engaging events such as executive speaker sessions and professional development workshops.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in theater, TV, or film (any level) and an interest in the casting process.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program (proof required).
• Must be a rising junior or senior (18 years or older).
• Must have a 3.0 or above cumulative GPA.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship. (Candidates on student or exchange visas are ineligible).

The application deadline is February 28th, but early submission is strongly encouraged due to anticipated high applicant volume. Interviews will be conducted from February through mid-April.
