• Mission: Own the efficient and timely flow of goods and materials within the warehouse operations by supervising staff, optimizing processes, and managing inventory.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Supervise: Oversee and manage warehouse staff and daily activities, providing training and evaluation for new workers to ensure a productive team.
• Manage: Track, coordinate, and report on the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of all goods and materials, analyzing shipment logs and reviewing scheduled delivery timeliness.
• Optimize: Constantly work to improve warehouse processes, make suggestions for productivity enhancements, and optimize employee workflow to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain: Order necessary supplies, maintain suitable inventory levels, ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained, and track expenses related to fuel, storage, and truck maintenance.
• Report: Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity, determine and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare reports on receiving activities as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, marketing, or a related field. Career level: Manager.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a team, along with experience utilizing databases and spreadsheets for operational tasks.
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, good computer proficiency, strong analytical, time management, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent attention to detail, math, and multi-tasking capabilities.
• Bonus: Manufacturing experience (HVAC is a plus), strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills, superior computer skills in MS Office applications, a strong desire for learning and benchmarking, and English proficiency at 50%.
