What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Inventory: Systematically stock and rotate inventory across all designated locations, ensuring strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for optimal freshness and waste reduction.
• Fulfill Orders and Track: Accurately fill requisitions submitted by various departments and meticulously enter all inventory transfers into the Quest system on a daily basis to maintain precise records.
• Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold stringent adherence to all Health and Sanitation Laws, implementing safe transfer and storage procedures for all food and supply items to guarantee product integrity and workplace safety.
• Maintain Operational Readiness: Consistently organize and clean the storeroom environment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and stock of all necessary supplies are readily available at all locations for smooth operations.
• Support Event Operations: Collaborate effectively with both the main kitchen and concessions teams, providing essential support in preparing all designated areas for upcoming events to meet service demands.
The Must-Haves
• Background: An Early Career professional possessing a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of relevant education and practical experience or training.
• Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience in a related operational or inventory management role.
• Skills: Strong language proficiency to read and interpret essential documents including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals; basic mathematical aptitude for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing; and sound reasoning skills to apply common sense understanding, follow instructions in various formats, and effectively communicate via radio.
